Shoes were involved! Unfortunately, none as exciting as any of the above, but...

WatchWatch
Aww man! I’m over a year late on this one. Maybe you were a little slow on finding it too, so I’ll go ahead and post it because I think it’s brilliant.  It’s an amazing TED talk called “The Mystery of Chronic Pain” given by Dr. Elliot Krane, the Director of Pain Management Services at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford.  I don’t think...

Fox News Declares CRPS/RSD 2nd of 5 Crazy... →
Click on the above title to read about the other incredibly intriguing four ‘diseases’. I stopped for a moment afterwards to properly digest my luck at having (in my opinion) the mellowest malady on the list. God is good! The questions below (before the picture) popped into my head, so I thought through them twice - once as a someone categorically seen as ‘chronically...

BOOK REVIEW: "Living with RSDS: Your Guide to... →
Ok, with the book having been printed in 2003, I’m a bit (fine, a lot) behind the times with this one… but having just stumbled upon the book myself (click the link above to reach it on Amazon), I had to share it. I was eager to get my pained little hands on it, as should you be now… In my opinion, it’s an incredibly thorough and comprehensive resource, which makes perfect...

Pain, Pain, Go Away...
You know how the rest of the rhyme goes, right? The whole thing (substituting pain for rain) is: “Pain, pain go away, come again another day,” Surely if you suffer from Chronic Pain - Complex Regional Pain Syndrome/ Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (CRPS/RSD) in particular - you definitely know how this rhyme affects your life on a daily, hourly, and prob. even minute by minute basis. ...
