Huge thank you and love to reader (and fellow Trini, whooop!) Ms. Rachael for sending me this one. 

Rachael & I have so many mutual friends, that coming from such a small island it usually means we’d stand some chance of probably being related. However, until this blogging thing we’d never even seen each others faces.

Rachael doesn’t have CRPS/RSD, nor Chronic Pain; yet without her constant positivity, upbeat attitude, and the seemingly almost freakish (not gonna lie) way she has of somehow knowing that to get through a bad day I’ll need the encouragement that can be brought only by the kind word/tweet/email/comment of a friend. 

So whether you are a friend, confused on how to help, or whether you’re a patient, frustrated and feeling alone because your lifestyle is now so incredibly different… I hope that this has offered some insight.

Cheesy as it sounds, remember that kindness from both sides always saves the day! I’ll think of some more tips and post them very soon.
