Whether it be friend/s, family, coworker/s, a love, or at times perhaps even a kindly stranger - never, ever be ashamed to ask for a helping hand should you be struggling badly and need just that extra little ‘pick me up’ (get it?! get it?!). In this particular case my helping hands were - if you haven’t already guessed - Josh.
What I’m about to say was literal to me, inspiring this post, but may be taken slightly more metaphorically by you…
Burning your feet in the sand will get you no where very quickly. There’s no sense in added pain, so hide your pride & ask for help allowing you to have fun in the sun all day!
Loads of love and good vibes from Tobago! I’m hanging/hiding out here doing lots of water rehab before returning to my doctor for another dreaded ketamine infusion to hopefully knock out my upper body pain & the pain of my SCS incisions. Oh! And ps: Yosemite pictures have not been forgotten! Check back for those soon!
