EXERCISE YOUR HAPPY PLACE! : 10 Simple Mantras to Strengthen Your Inner Smile & Bring Out That Inner Rose.

Not only am I loving the raw beauty of the above photograph, but I’ve found that the longer I look at it, the more it seems to also speak back to me. Oh, dear! That might lead you to believe that I’ve lost my mind. Thankfully, no! Not just yet anyway! I’m referring more to the symbolism of it all.

So what’s it saying to me?! Take a read of the following mantras and hold them close as you let them bring out your very own inner rose(s)! Before you know it, i’ll bet you’ve got yourself a bouquet and a big ol’ smile…

<3 We all have thorns, it’s how we choose to grow past them that really makes us bloom.

<3 No matter what the environment, something beautiful is always able to grow when shown a little nurturing and care.

<3 While growing, we may not necessarily see the beautiful flower. Show patience! The intoxicating fragrance of a single rose can float and flow with the wind, making a garden delightful.

<3 The most delicate ‘rose’ in the garden may well be the strongest. If you’re a survivor, know your inner beauty. Allow others opinions of you to be their own responsibility, and your outer beauty will shine bright too.

<3 Turn your face towards the light and away from the dark. You’ll be amazed how strong and tall you suddenly find yourself.

<3 Accept what makes you colorful! Celebrate who you are - for your uniqueness has the power to set you free.

<3 The rain may fall from time to time, but just let it roll off your leaves! At the end of the day see it for nothing more than what it is. At best: experience. At worst: a great story.

<3 Some petals may wilt while others thrive. Hey, that’s ok! Never fear mistakes - if you learn from them they often lead to great success.

<3 A rose alone is always beautiful, but if given the chance, why not allow yourself to be part of a bouquet? After all, variety is the spice of life!

<3 Bliss will come as you rise above the brush and reject the surrounding clutter.
