Inspire Yourself - One Lazy Activity at a Time…
Ticket officially booked to return to Trinidad for mid-April! Literally could not be more excited!
I find that when having a tough time or rough go at things, it helps in such a huge way to constantly keep coming up with stuff to look forward to. Keep a diary and write down what’s coming up! Before you know it, you’ll find that you’ve turned that frown upside down.
Now, obviously a vacation to Trinidad isn’t a realistic thing that I can look forward to monthly. But, I can definitely look forward to watching my favorite show ‘Survivor’ every Wednesday! Boom… it goes in the diary! Have you ordered something online that’s due to arrive on a certain date? Write that in there, too!
See what I mean? Before too long, you’ll have an amazing booklet filled with positive achievements and memories that made you very happy indeed. Now what could be better inspiration than that?
- Lots of love! Happy Weekend! Danielle xx

P-I-M-P.
No matter how much pain you may be in, or how much difficulty you may currently be having walking… taking that final plunge to publicly use a walking stick can understandably be a terribly difficult decision to finally come to.
You may feel embarrassed, or possibly more aware of your current state as a few extra stares ignorantly head your way. Then there’s the emotional issue of having to face facts - that you currently, maybe permanently, need a little extra something to lean on. Of course, as a perfectly normal human being, you’ll probably feel a little vain about it too…
And this is where Snoop Dogg (of all people!) comes in to play…
Check out Snoop Dogg and his pimp stick! He certainly doesn’t seem to have any shame in it, right? So what’s the moral of this story? Well, honestly, I can’t think of anything more ‘pimp’ than your bravery, your strength, and your courage. So where’s the shame in physically showing that off to the world!? If Snoop can carry a pimp stick just for fun… you can most definitely have a walking stick as a symbol of your fight and just how much you’ve been through.
If and when you falter, just remember you’re a P-I-M-P.
Thanks, Snoop!

FIFTY SHADES OF YOU:
As we approach Valentine’s Day, take some time to remember that YOU are ultimately always number one. So, put yourself 1st! Love yourself and just let it be.
Take a break inspired by the above picture. You deserve it! If anyone could use a little time, it’s you. We could probably all slow down a bit.
I understand that you’re kind - a natural-born giver, perhaps a caregiver. But, if you’re exhausted and worn out, in what way does this serve anyone? Take a break! Remember YOURSELF! Return grounded and centered. Love yourself and the love for others will double-up. You’ll see!
Hope that you’re well! Lots of love - Danielle xx

TheProject3x5 has always remained a politically neutral zone. Open to all, open-minded to everything, and with simple ideologies of hope, positivity, good energy, and of course spreading awareness…
In the spirit of being Switzerland, I may hold back my cards politically, but I will never say no to holding back positivity. And so, when I awoke from my ketamine-infusion to find that the following had been tweeted to me from a certain Ms. Meghan McCain (yes, indeed… THAT Meghan. The refreshingly outspoken daughter of Senator John McCain, who ran against Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential election) I was ecstatic and knew her kindness would most definitely be put up on my blog - all politics aside.

So lovely, no? Inspiring to me in itself! The girl is beautiful both inside and out.
Meghan has been all over the TV lately, chatting it up from coast-to-coast about the current 2012 US election. With her busy bee schedule, imagine my surprise when she made time for her generosity to extend even further than taking time to read my blog, learn about CRPS/RSD, and then tweet about it to her followers…
I suddenly found myself and CRPS/RSD front and center in a post on her website: McCainBlogette.com

Click here to read the article!
Super honored & super excited as it’s a huge step in the right direction awareness-wise. From all of us with CRPS/RSD, we can’t thank you enough for helping to spread the word!
Hope you all enjoy! Thank you again, Meghan!
Be well,
Danielle xxxxx

You decide what you should do in life. And you get up and put one foot in front of the other. And after you take enough steps, something good happens.”/ Bill Clinton
